Registration

Thank you for choosing Presbyterian Day School to be a part of your child’s education. The registration packet along with the registration fees need to be completed and brought to Presbyterian Day School, located at 2408 North Navarro Street, Victoria, Texas 77901. Registration packets are available at the PDS Office.

A child's position on the waiting list is determined by the date the application forms and fees are received. Acceptance of this form and fees assures your child a place in our school, providing space is still available.

To pre-register your child for the upcoming school year, please fill out the attached REGISTRATION FORM and return it to the school office along with your registration fee.

We also request that you complete the ENROLLMENT QUESTIONNAIRE attached.

THE REGISTRATION FEE MUST BE PAID TO SECURE YOUR CHILD’S SPOT IN HIS/HER CLASS FOR THE UPCOMING SCHOOL YEAR.
